Join friends, neighbors, and coworkers for a free, all-levels yoga class on the beautiful lawn at downtown Albany’s SUNY Plaza Park, Saturdays in July & August from 10:00 – 11:00 AM.
Whether you’re looking for a weekend recharge before enjoying some Downtown shopping and dining, or just taking some time out for yourself, State Street Yoga is here for you! Certified instructors from Root3d will lead one-hour classes perfect for everyone from beginners to experienced yogis each week. Just remember to bring your own yoga mat and water.
What comes after graduation? Many College Experience students, in fact most, choose to remain in Albany. They maintain friendships with their fellow and former graduates, form romantic partnerships, and some get married.
