The Department of Visual and Performing Arts at Russell Sage College hosts the 9th Annual Fire & Light Night outside of Opalka Gallery on the Albany campus. Presented by visual arts faculty and students, the event will include a demonstration of ceramic firing techniques, sculpture burnings, and 3-story animations shown on the buildings around the gallery. The 9th Annual Fire & Light Night is presented in conjunction with the opening reception of “The Voracious Eye” exhibition at Opalka Gallery at 140 New Scotland Ave.
What comes after graduation? Many College Experience students, in fact most, choose to remain in Albany. They maintain friendships with their fellow and former graduates, form romantic partnerships, and some get married.
