Join Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and Certified Sound Healer, Charles Adinolfi, from Schenectady-based Inner Bliss (https://www.innerblissny.com/) as he shares meditational techniques to enhance and begin your mind, body, soul, journey to balance and wellness.

Meditation helps to cut through mental static and allow one’s mind to slow itself down into a state of stillness. Research shows this self-curated practice can aid in relieving stress and anxiety, help tamp down pain, improve attention span, improve your quality of sleep, and even slow the effects of aging.
