DESCRIPTION:
Led by Hana van der Kolk, this inclusive and expressive dance class series invites all bodies to explore movement, presence, imagination, and joy. Through breathwork, guided prompts, improvisation, and collaborative games, participants will challenge inhibition and reconnect with self and others. Rooted in queer embodiment and ritual practice, these sessions offer a space for resistance, restoration, and celebration. No dance experience necessary. Wear what feels good. Show up ready to move and remember what your body already knows.

What comes after graduation? Many College Experience students, in fact most, choose to remain in Albany. They maintain friendships with their fellow and former graduates, form romantic partnerships, and some get married.
