Celebrate Juneteenth with an unforgettable evening of music and unity at Lift Every Voice: A Juneteenth Musical Celebration, presented by the Palace Theatre in partnership with the Albany Black Chamber of Commerce and the Albany Symphony. Hosted by award-winning actress and storyteller Barbara Howard, the event features the acclaimed Howard University Gospel Choir, along with performances by the Black Theatre Troupe of Upstate NY, Empire State Youth Orchestra, and the Albany Symphony. This powerful celebration of Black history, culture, and artistry is part of a week-long series honoring the end of slavery in the United States.
