BUS: Take #10 to UAlbany DT Campus – Western Ave & Thurlow Terrace stop, walk down Thurlow Terrace towards the park, turn left and walk in the direction of the bridge and the festivities should be in the that area!
Join us for Albany’s Urban Orchard 5th Anniversary event in Washington Park! This fundraising event will support New York Urban Orchards and its mission of planting and maintaining apple orchards in urban areas in the State of New York, educating communities, and providing public access to New York agritourism destinations.
New York Urban Orchards planted the Albany Urban Orchard 5 years ago and the trees have been growing strong year after year. At the event we’ll have Nine Pin’s Mobile Bar serving up cider on tap, La’Taunyas Ice, Muddaddy Flats, and live music – all to support New York Urban Orchards! Come experience and celebrate the orchard and send good vibes to all the trees for a successful harvest!
What comes after graduation? Many College Experience students, in fact most, choose to remain in Albany. They maintain friendships with their fellow and former graduates, form romantic partnerships, and some get married.
