Three alumni of the College Experience went with staff on the Social Distance Walking Club all the way to Washington Park located on Madison Avenue. We enjoyed the nicest and warmest day of the spring so far when the temperature reached a staggering 75 degrees!
The circumstances of the world are not going to stop us from enjoying nature and seeing the famous tulips that have reached the climax of their bloom in Washington Park. We did our best to always maintain a distance of at least six feet while also wearing our masks. Aside from a few more mornings in which the temperature will be in the upper-thirties…I think it is safe to assume that we have seen the last of winter and the harbingers of springtime are here to stay for a while.
Even though it is hard to recognize them under their cool masks, from left to right are Henry, Bill, and Jessica. The Social Distance Walking Club is led entirely by the alumni who determine the route we take as long as it safe and not populated by too many individuals.
