Whoever claims that office work is dull or boring has apparently never been to Living Resources around All Hallow’s Eve! We ended up receiving a surprise visit from Chuckie who has ruled the Child’s Play franchise for nearly forty years along with a macabre scarecrow. Photobombing on the right is Jesse Saperstein who is the Media and Activities Liaison for Living Resources.
The entire building organized a Trick or Treating event on Friday, October 28th, 2022 for the individuals we serve who wanted to double their candy collection or were unable to go out into the community on Monday, October 31, 2022 to celebrate in real-time. Much of this event was planned by the Director of Philanthropy, Deneen Palmateer who created guidelines to make this event run flawlessly. The Trick or Treating trail began at Reception and then continued to the Employment Program area; the College Experience area; the Human Resources Department; the Compliance/IT Department; the Finance Department; the CEO office of Elizabeth Martin; the QA and Communications/Department; and finally…Community Living.
At Living Resources, we never hold back when it comes to cherishing the spirit of Halloween. The College Experience was happy to host our spook-tacular visitors that particular Friday who indulged in our supply of Halloween candy, too!
