Join licensed Zumba instructor Kristen Kiehart-Winchell for a high-energy, inclusive dance workout at Bring On The Spectrum! Dance to rhythms from salsa and Bollywood to pop and cumbia—no experience needed, just a willingness to have fun.

Please bring water, sneakers, and a towel.
