DESCRIPTION:
Experience the restorative blend of gentle movement, energy healing, and sound therapy in this Yoga & Sound Journey guided by Teresa of Healing Ki Connections. The session includes meditation to release tension, gentle yoga to unlock emotions, and a Reiki moving meditation. You’ll finish with an extended savasana featuring a 24-inch bronze singing bowl—participants will even have the opportunity to stand in the bowl. Wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and blanket for relaxation. Space is limited; registration is required.
