WHERE: Nov- April Inside the Troy Atrium. May- Oct, the market is all along River St and around Monument Square, flowing onto 1st, 2nd, and Broadway. You can use Monument Square, Troy, NY 12180 as your destination on Google Maps.

COST: Free to attend, but bring $10 – $20 to purchase anything

BUS: take bus #10 downtown to catch bus #22, #922, or #923
