DETAILS: Unwind your week with a slow and soothing Yin Yoga practice. Led by certified yoga teacher Linda, this class focuses on long-held, mostly seated poses that gently stretch connective tissue and calm the nervous system. Perfect for all body types and levels. Linda, a longtime co-op member and Feura Bush resident, brings compassion and grounding energy to every session.

What comes after graduation? Many College Experience students, in fact most, choose to remain in Albany. They maintain friendships with their fellow and former graduates, form romantic partnerships, and some get married.
