Yoga, Chicken Soup for the Soul, therapy dogs, reiki healing, energy medicine, gratitude boot camp, good vibes for the body, mind, and spirit, aromatherapy, and more!

Schedule of Events:

8:00am – Rise and Shine Yoga – Kick off Wellness Wednesday with a Great Start

10am – 11:30am – Reiki – sign up for a 20 minute time slot to bring calm and relaxation to your body and mind

11am – 1:30pm – Chicken Soup for the Soul (and Minestrone too!) – Stop by and grab some warm soup to bring some comfort and boost your physical well-being!

12noon – Yoga Break! Second chance to take a yoga break – re-balance, re-center (beginners welcome!)

2pm – 4pm – Therapy Dogs! There’s a reason D-O-G is G-O-D spelled backwards! Dogs can be Divine bringers of goodness. Stop by for some JOY.

3pm – 4pm – Wondering what the Happiness Class is all about? Stop by to check it out. This week’s theme: Making Gratitude your new best friend (especially on bad days!)

4:30pm – 6pm – Calling future Educators, Social Workers, Nurses, Psychologists, Managers, and Humans! Good Vibes for the Mind, Body, and Spirit. Maybe you have tried mindfulness before and maybe you haven’t – here is your chance to see what it can bring to your personal well-being and your professional future.

5:30pm – 7:30pm – Explore the Indigenous peoples’ practice of making Dream Catcher – what it means to them and what it might mean to you.

7:30pm – Enjoy some Cocoa while watching a Movie with the same-ish name 🙂

All events will take place at the Sanctuary – 959 Madison Avenue
