It’s slow and gentle, yet firm and challenging, honors and deepens intuitive wisdom, builds self-trust, teaches us how to simultaneously embody effort and relaxation, and to release tension and struggle.
Mats and props provided. Allies welcome!
What comes after graduation? Many College Experience students, in fact most, choose to remain in Albany. They maintain friendships with their fellow and former graduates, form romantic partnerships, and some get married.
