Earth Day Clean-Up

WHERE: Starts at the Olde English Downtown Dog Park at 119 N Pearl Street then moves to the African American Cultural Center of the Capital Region at 135 S Pearl Street.
COST: Free, but you must reserve a spot HERE

Join us on Saturday, April 22 for two Earth Day neighborhood clean-ups. We’ll start at the Olde English Downtown Dog Park at 119 N Pearl Street from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM, and move to the African American Cultural Center of the Capital Region at 135 S Pearl Street from 12:00 PM-2:00 PM.
Rakes, shovels, gloves, and leaf and garbage bags will be provided thanks to the City of Albany’s Department of General Services and event sponsor, The Mailworks.
Sandwiches and drinks will be provided by Coulson’s News & Deli, courtesy of the Albany Ismaili Youth Club.
Free on-street parking is available in downtown Albany all day on weekends. Please refer to the on-street signage for exact meter enforcement times and parking regulations.

What comes after graduation? Many College Experience students, in fact most, choose to remain in Albany. They maintain friendships with their fellow and former graduates, form romantic partnerships, and some get married.
