Our instructor is Erika Pelletier, registered with the yoga alliance and a 200 hour yoga certification. Erika has taught yoga since 2014. While she teaches Hatha/vinasa flow and yin, she will tailor class to individuals as much as possible. She will use mindfulness and breathing techniques to calm the central nervous system. Erika is also a licensed speech language pathologist with 25 years of teaching in our community.

If you haven’t already, sign our Participant Waiver and save time when you arrive. Waiver stays on file for both the Sensory Gym & Community Space activities.
What comes after graduation? Many College Experience students, in fact most, choose to remain in Albany. They maintain friendships with their fellow and former graduates, form romantic partnerships, and some get married.
