Join Alex & Guests for an Acroyoga practice and play hour. Acroyoga is a collaborative form of partner yoga with a dash of circus arts. In acroyoga you work with a partner to achieve poses and moves in a flow. In an hour, we’ll do a 15 minute warm up and stretch, demonstrate a couple of poses/counterbalances for 20-30 minutes, and leave 15 minutes for freeform jamming/warm down/skill drilling.
This is a class for beginners and the curious, so bring a partner or make a friend there! Wear what you would wear to a yoga class, and bring a mat if you have one.
What comes after graduation? Many College Experience students, in fact most, choose to remain in Albany. They maintain friendships with their fellow and former graduates, form romantic partnerships, and some get married.
