The Expo offers family-friendly health & fitness activities & information. Access into the facility is open to the public. Parking is plentiful and free! \nRunners : browse and learn from our numerous great businesses and non profit partners. You will pick up your bib\, t-shirt\, cookies and bread at the Expo. \nAll Expo attendees will be able enter to win great raffle items which will be announced here!
