The Adirondack Sports & Northeast Ski Expo returns to the Albany Capital Center on November 5-6, 2022!

125 exhibitors will be on hand covering all sorts of winter sports and related industries. Take advantage of preseason savings from top local and regional outfitters.

The show offers free admission and takes place from 10am-5pm on Saturday, November 5 and from 10am-4pm on Sunday, November 6.

Highlights & Activities

125 Exhibitors – Bringing together all winter and outdoor sports, the high-energy, retail-led show includes health, fitness and travel exhibitors – in 160 booth spaces all under one roof. Categories: alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, Olympic sports, health, fitness and travel. We’ll have the top ski resorts in the Northeast, US and Canada, plus, your favorite summer sports: running, biking, hiking, paddling and multisport.

Preseason savings – Skis, snowboards, boots, poles, skiwear, winter clothing, snowshoes, and accessories from Alpin Haus, with shops in Clifton Park and Amsterdam. Plus, Steiner’s Sports: Ski & Bike in Glenmont, Valatie and Hudson, and Potter Brothers: Ski & Snowboard in Kingston, Fishkill (and Jiminy Peak, Bromley, Killington). New this year: cross-country skis, gear, clothing and accessories from High Peaks Cyclery in Lake Placid.

Make purchases or get involved – We’ll have many retail products and services available from outdoor sports and recreation organizations, health and fitness professionals, and travel destinations. At the booths, you can also learn about club memberships, signup for events/races, and get ideas to plan future getaways.

Lift ticket/trail pass promotion – From Ski Areas of New York, Ski Vermont, and Cross-Country Ski Areas of New York. Details to be announced.

Family activities – We’ll have hands-on fun and educational activities for kids of all ages – and adults too – from NYS Parks, NYS DEC, Albany Rowing Center and more. Also, learn more about the Lake Placid 2023 FISU World University Games, an international festival and competition, from January 12-22.

Ski/Ride at 20+ NY ski areas – Visit the I Ski NY booth to sign up for the free Ski & Ride Passport for any 3rd or 4th grader to enjoy winter at the majority of NY resorts when accompanied by a paying adult. A processing fee and restrictions apply. Learn more: iskiny.com.

Saratoga Photobooth – Visit the Saratoga Photobooth Company booth for a free souvenir photo from the Adirondack Sports & Northeast Ski Expo, and learn more about their photobooth rentals for your next gathering in New York or New England.

Concessions and craft beer – The expo will have quality concession food and drinks available for purchase from Mazzone Hospitality. We’ll have more information to come on local craft beer, wine and cider sampling at the show.
